In the Philippines, nursing curriculum has a solid liberal arts and sciences education with transdisciplinary approach. their formative years, most common source of stress for student nurses was related to academics. However, countries around world formalize initiatives on life skills promote adaptive psychosocial abilities achieve holistic development. The study aimed explore examine Bachelor Science in Nursing program its implications curricula. This employed qualitative research design, mainly through needs analysis, literature review, theoretical synthesis. investigation revealed that academic rigor practice influenced students’ ability cope stress. full is considered eclectic; however, competency integration be more obscure. must have striking balance cognitive, psychomotor, affective domains.
